Free/ To Billed

I down loaded the Holiday cards on my app and it said FREE, now i get a BILL. False Advertisement and i feel i was raked over the coals. This is not right!!
I just tried to report this to them and now i cant get thru to anyone. Wow what a Shock! I work very hard for any. Money i get , to have to taken from me when it was Free to begin with. I watch every penny to have this phone and now steal from me. Its only .99 but will it be 99.00 next time? If a company thinks they can get away with it on the little stuff they will do it again. Just off .99 this company made hundreds of thousands of dollars! I want a credit for my .99 cents!
